  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1 scoop Protéalpes vanilla or cocoa/red fruit whey
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons frozen berries in the flavour of your choice

Steps to follow

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

Pour into a large bowl with a lid (suitable for freezing).

Place the mixture in the freezer for 30-50 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from the freezer and churn (i.e. mix again with a spoon or fork).

Return to the freezer for a further 30-50 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the mixture and churn again.

Step 4

Taste in batches.

Nutritional advice

The longer you leave your ice cream in the freezer, the more you churn (mix with a fork or spoon), and the creamier your ice cream will become.
