About the recipe

Ready in minutes, these powers balls are packed with protein, dates, maple syrup and cinnamon. Simply mix, shape and refrigerate. Their blend of flavors and energy will keep you going all day long. They're as easy to make as they are delicious!

For 50 g balls

Ingredients

  • 150 g pre-cooked rolled oats
  • 1 scoop no-sugar-added cocoa or vanilla whey powder
  • 280 g soft, pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Steps to follow

Step 1

Blend the oats in a blender.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a paste.

Step 3

Shape into 20 balls. You can roll them in shredded coconut. Refrigerate for 2 hours. You should get 10 balls weighing around 50 g.

Enjoy!
